I have an android and I personally use SparkPeople. It gives you a range of calories (although you can edit the range if you need to eat more, like I do), and it also gives you your macros for the day. You can also track your exercise, water intake, and weight loss on there. Plus there's almost every kind of food you can think of on that app, so you can look up the specific product. At first you input your information and your goal weight, and then it gives you a time frame in which it's possible to lose that weight. I've also heard good things about MyFitnessPal, which has many of the same features.
