Hi guys! I'm new here and am ready to get this journey started. I am currently at my highest weight ever after gaining 40lbs since August after being put on Metoprolol. I'm trying to watch my carbs and become more active because I have a desk job and am sedentary most days. I'm from South Carolina and spend most of my time with my 7 year old daughter.

the 300 + is a great group ... some of us are now under the 300 but we started in that category and find the support there is amazing so we keep going back
Do you follow any specific diet? or are you looking for a lifestyle change with just better eating? Do you have a gym membership? or a fitbit or anything? Do you have a plan?
