Take Shape for Life Results Week 2 (Down 15.8 lbs total)
I've been on the Take Shape For Life program since June 13 and thought documenting my weekly progress here might motivate me to stay on plan and also help anyone else interested in this program. This week my weight loss slowed way down, which I expected, but I still weighed myself every day because I like to see how my body is reacting on a daily basis.
