It's AMAZING I can't praise it enough! You smoke while you read it, so you don't associate pleasure with smoking, (he explains it all in the book) then by the time you get to the end, you literally don't want to smoke. You've fixed your brain's thinking, and no joke, you won't crave! I just stopped and didn't crave and that was 2 years ago and i happily call myself a Non-Smoker now
