Default Question?

I just started back up with Ip, gained 30 pounds back. I have a new coach this time, my question is do you normally get charged for every consultation? I've been charged 50 bucks twice, I've only gone there 2 times. I don't remember being charged the last time I was on the program.

lulu I don't know about other clinics, but when I started, I paid $100 for the initial consultation. Nothing after that except the cost of food.
You should go to the coach and ask about fees; she should tell you specifically what she charges. Think about it - you wouldn't go to a store and buy a coat without looking at the price tag. Same goes for this program, you should be aware of all the costs going in.

I have never been charged for a visit. Only the food.

From what I've read on the various IP Facebook group pages, each clinic can set up its own system of fees. Some people pay every week, others pay just a start-up fee, and even that varies greatly in amount. I know someone who paid $500 at their initial consultation!

While I was on the program, my coach would charge $20 consultant fee for each visit, on top of food. The fee is waived now that I am on maintenance, as long as I stay within a certain number of pounds from my goal weight.

Those who pay weekly pay a very small fee ($5-10) but the vast majority do NOT charge a weekly fee except some charge for the body composition analysis. The HIGH PRICE of the food is designed to cover the weekly coaching. I would ABSOLUTELY ask about this and if that is a weekly charge, fnd another clinic. That is an absurd amount!!
