Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

My goals for this leg are:
1. Learning to accept the new WW plan fully.
2. Start exercising even if only a little each day. (tiny steps to build upon.)

My goal is to go on the treadmill for at least 15 minutes a day.

Two gold stars for me today.
I went on the treadmill and I shoveled the HEAVY snow that had drifted. I also chopped away and removed the thick layer of ice that was on our driveway and sidewalks. I am sore.

I walked a bit yesterday and this morning. Don't think I'll have to shovel until late tomorrow or Monday. The lake effect snow pretty much stayed just north of us yesterday but it IS cold today and expecting a high on Mon or Tues of 10º - 15º! A big change from the temps we were getting used to of 40º -50º or higher, last month.

I got splashed yesterday, had pizza, really didn't want to track it, but I did.

Good job tracking your pizza Judy.
I just got back from eating pizza also and I did not get my exercise in.
I am swimming. I will do better tomorrow!

That water is cold! I went yesterday. Chocolate, and carbs did me in.

Back aboard this morning. 8º. Too cold to go out so I'll be POP today, for sure. I try to make sure there are no "start a binge" foods in the house. Threw chicken breasts in the crock pot with a bit of water, garlic, sage and black pepper. They are my go to protein as they can be added to anything.

Hope that's you I hear below, on the treadmill, Ubee.

Yesterday was okay. I met my goals so I stayed dry.

Too many oopses last week. Went to WW. Didn't lose. Didn't gain. The last part was kinda good.

How're you doing Ubee?
