That water is cold! I went
yesterday. Chocolate, and carbs did me in.
Back aboard this morning. 8º. Too cold to go out so I'll be POP today, for sure. I try to make sure there are no "start a binge" foods in the house. Threw chicken breasts in the crock pot with a bit of water, garlic, sage and black pepper. They are my go to protein as they can be added to anything.
