Red face Losing 4 pounds in 2 weeks

Yep so my story is I lost 9 pounds in 18 days with a special diet now I just need to lose these 4 extra pounds. My goal was to achieve it before Christmas and in a regular way (no special diet) so now what I do (I'm 5ft1) I'm not eating over 1100 calories a day and I'm eating very clean and healthy meals. But my body doesn't seem to want to lose this extra weight lol grrrr. Wish me luck I'm gonna increase my exercise I don't want to reduce my calories it'd be unhealthy I think.. Or maybe I should?
