Hi there! I am new here but not new to weight loss! Historically I have been what you might call a yo-yo dieter. My weight has gone up and down more times than I can count. In the past 11 years (since I had my kids) my weight has gone from 250 lbs, down to a low of 150 lbs and has bounced around between my high and low. For the past 3 years I have somewhat maintained my weight, although I have gained 20 lbs in the past year. I am currently at 172 lbs (I am 5'5"). My ultimate goal is to get to 130 lbs, although I would be very happy just to get back to 150. I am 6 months away from getting my masters degree in social work and am hoping that once I am done with grad school I will have more time and energy to focus on my fitness. Excited to be here!
