Hi all, I'm new here but not new to weight loss. I'm a mom of 2, had my 2nd baby May 2014. Between then and August 1st, I was about 10 pounds from my goal. But since August 1st (I got married) ive gained 13 pounds. So now im even farther away. But I'm here to make friends and have support along the way. Does anyone here have a problem with nighttime eating? That's where I've gone wrong! But I can't seem to stop it

Hi zumbalover! I cracked up when I read about your nighttime eating trouble because I just ate 1/2 tub of sugar free cool whip right out of the container. I've been soo good all day!! You're not alone. Tomorrow is another day!

At least there's not that many calories in cool whip. I should buy some... lol. Well, I didn't do so well with not eating last night. I ate an english muffin, some cheese puffs and some halloween candy. I did do better than usual so I guess that's a plus

Talking New here as well!

Hello! I am new here as well. Not new to weight loss. And yes, the nighttime snacking is my issue. I like crunchy and salty things at night like chips and popcorn. This is the second day of my new healthy eating and starting back on my yoga in the evenings. My struggles are trying not to grab food after dinner. After dinner I go and brush my teeth so I am less likely to want to grab anything.

Welcome aboard zumbalover.Nighttime is my worst time,especially if I have had a glass of wine. Its crazy how much I can eat sometimes,mindlessly.
