My goal for this month will again be 1400 minutes.

Minutes so far: 1105 minutes

2- 35 m Interval Cardio/ 20 m Dance cardio

My goal for this month is to get my 5 miles a day in and incorporate something different, maybe Zumba. I need to get my wii back on again.

I wasn't nearly as terrible working out last month as my lack of posting would suggest. Back in the game this month for certain.

2 5 miles walking (beautiful Texas weather helped)
3 2 miles walking

8 35 min indoor cycling 7 miles 10 min core strength
9 45 min indoor cycling 10 miles. 20 min core strength

I REALLY, REALLY need to get back to exercising. Starting small this month to try and get back into the swing of things.

Goal: 500 minutes
