Introducing myself and committing once again!

I have been lurking around on 3fc for quite some time and finally decided to join in on the fun to have a place to receive as well as offer support as I go through this journey once again! I won't bore you with my life story, but like a lot of you, I have struggled with my weight most of my life. Five years ago I had lost well over 100lbs and reached my goal weight, only to gain it all back and then some! 😭 Earlier this year I reached my all time high of 303 lbs. I was mortified when I saw that number on the scale. I decided enough was enough and decided to recommit once again (for the 100th time!) and in the past few months have managed to lose 35 lbs. I lost the weight by counting calories but haven't incorporated much exercise yet. I plan to join the gym on Wednesday. I am currently 268 lbs and have a long way to go, but I am positive that with hard work and motivation I will once again lose this weight and hopefully keep it off permanently this time!
