Default New IP Introduced Food

Hey guys,

My IP center recently introduced the Mac N Cheese and Rice Crispies, but both of them have hella lot of carbs in them.

I was wondering what other foods you guys prefer that don't have too many carbs? I am pretty young, 23, and I am able to burn over 5-6 pounds a week if I eat right.

I noticed that those rice crispy bars have a lot of carbs and not a lot of fiber. For those of us using alternative products, they would be considered restricted. Interesting that IP doesn't label them as such.

I don't use official IP products so can't recommend anything. I bet the protein drinks are low in carbs, though. Can you look at the nutritional info for all the IP products on their website?

Soups and Drinks. I have found the Chicken Soup is the lowest.

Ideal Protein refers to their low carb products as Rocket Fuel and notes they are simply No Restricted items such as soups, drinks, puddings, omelets and no restricted vegetables.

I haven't had them, but there's been a lot of chatter about them on the IP Facebook group page. Pretty much everyone likes those rice crispy squares, although some people complain that they're too sweet. The mac & cheese - people either love it or they HATE it. The haters say it's better mixed with veggies and maybe some meat.
