Hi!! I follow the diet, I've been struggling with losing the last 30 lbs, and they're mainly fat, so with this I'll lose all the fat, we shall see if it works

I've been on Keto for 4.5 weeks and lost 20lbs. Had a stall for about 1 week then I upped my water to 1 GALLON and added MCT oil and it is moving. Good luck on your keto journey
