Default 5lb Challenge #303

Everyone is welcome to join this challenge. Here is how it works. Post your starting weight (SW) and your goal weight (GW). Come back anytime to update with your current weight (CW). The first person to reach their 5 LB goal weight is the winner. That person starts the next 5 LB Challenge. Lets lose this weight in 5lb goals.

My goal:
SW 305.3
CW 305.3
GW 300.3 (ohhh so close to the 200s!!!)

Congratulations Karen! Fantastic loss and hope you get to that 200's soon

I'm using my Slimming world weigh ins as my data - as I try to battle daily weighing (my addiction).

So:

SW 227lb
CW 227lb
GW 222lb

Luvmymonkeys, I do 24 hr fast ever Friday. So this is very easy for me. I do have major cleaning obsession on those days. Like this time around i cleaned my bedroom, and ALL the kitchen cabinets! I have been doing 24 hour fasting for so long Its very easy to me at this point. Today I am trying to longer it to 36 hour. I will have my meal tonight at 5pm.
