Default Whatsapp buddy

Hi everyone!

I'm starting again, thankfully not completly from the beginning, but still. I would love to have a buddy on whatsapp to talk to in the hard moments and just to keep eachother updated.
I'm going to Paris september 6th, and the more I lose the better!

More about me: I'm 25 years old and from the Netherlands. I'll be done with uni once I finish my thesis. Hopefully I'll be done in October. I plan to lose the weight by riding my bike, swimming and walking.

You don't run into a lot of Dutch people I was born and raised in the Netherlands, but now live in Utah.

I'm just starting and looking for buddies, too. Don't have whatsapp but could definitely download it. 34 year old female here from the United States, looking to lose by counting calories, walking, and swimming.

Biking sounds lovely, and I may buy a new bike in the fall when it cools off. It is too hot here in Florida for me to bike around right now, haha.

Bike riding is perfect for when it's hot. But I think my hot is different than your hot :P But it's always bettter than walking. But I just hate walking.

I've been doing really good so far and hope I can keep it up.

I don't enjoy walking much either, haha, but I just listen to music or podcasts and try to get 15 minutes done at a time. Right now I am managing that two or three times a day, with swimming added every other day. It's more exercise than I have had in years, so it's a good start.

I hope we can both keep it up for sure!

Woah 15 minutes of walking wouldn't count in my book
I haven't exercised all week because of not feeling well. Maybe I'll get something done tomorrow.

I got 10 days till Paris and I really want to lose 3lbs before that. When I started again on august 10th I lost 9 pounds in less than two weeks, but that is a lot and probably won't happen again, so I'll be happy with 3lbs. I'm not really doing it a healthy way at the moment. But that's only till Paris. After that I'm going to make a plan, foodwise and exercise, hopefully that will help.
