Woah 15 minutes of walking wouldn't count in my book
I haven't exercised all week because of not feeling well. Maybe I'll get something done tomorrow.
I got 10 days till Paris and I really want to lose 3lbs before that. When I started again on august 10th I lost 9 pounds in less than two weeks, but that is a lot and probably won't happen again, so I'll be happy with 3lbs. I'm not really doing it a healthy way at the moment. But that's only till Paris. After that I'm going to make a plan, foodwise and exercise, hopefully that will help.
