Hi Everyone. I moved to Florida from Arizona in November. Maybe as I keep losing weight it'll feel cooler.
Weight Watchers helped me lose my 1st 30 lbs. but since then I've been stuck. I don't really feel that it's the system for me anymore, but I'm struggling with this last 20 (or so) pounds. I'm looking forward to connecting with people here and hope to give support as well as receive it.
hotgranny! Those last lbs can be stubborn on any plan. The last time I was on the diet plan I'm using, I went from losing 12 lbs the first month to only 2.5 lbs the final month at which time I drifted away from the diet after 7 months. I was 23 lbs from goal. I think it just takes determination and lots of patience! I wish I had had it back then. I wouldn't have had to start this process all over again (and 10 lbs heavier)! I'm glad you joined us and I wish you the best! Onward and downward!
