I am new... to the site, not to dieting

I have been on Ideal Protein since Sunday and so far so good. I am very nervous about my first weigh in. I've been skulking around 3FC for a while and am so grateful for all of the tips and information. This is a wonderful resource! I am looking forward to learning and getting lean with all of you wonderful fellow dieters!
