Ugh, got on the scale this morning which I had been avoiding for the last couple of weeks and found a 4 lb. gain , which I'm actually not all that surprised at since I've been off plan quite a bit. I really really need to pay more attention to portion control, especially nuts. Need to start logging my exercise too...anyone want to join me?
Sorry Matilda I am still catching up on posts. I too needed to re-focus. I started using the Lose it app to log my meals. Talk about reality check, my morning smoothie was nearly 500 calories. I'm only buying nuts in pre measured packs, which is expensive!!! I just can't trust myself with them
