I recently read Jon Gabriel's Visualization for Weight Loss. I'm wondering if anyone here is doing or has done "The Gabriel Method." I haven't read the book with that title- not sure it's any different. Anyone know? I've been doing the visualizations and really love them Can't be sure if it's them or The "trance-self hypnosis" I do at bedtime, but I do crave healthier food options and find myself wanting to exercise more.
