Unhappy VLCD Support
Hey all!

Just today I started the VLCD with Optifast. My husband started with me. He made it through 2 shakes and has already eaten and wants to go for burgers tonight...I can see I will need some additional support, especially since I'm so tempted to do burgers and then restart my VLCD tomorrow...

Hang in there! I just started the HMR diet. It's going to a long road ahead. My husband is one of those annoying skinny people who can eat whatever he wants. Grrr...

Hi Jenx! If you haven't already, read through the optifast thread that is a bit higher in the forum list (is has a four-star rating). I just joined that thread and have found quite a bit of support and folks going through the same thing. I started VLCD on May 26th. Believe me, it DOES get better!!
