I would like to join in this challenge...... I have been doing induction for 2 weeks now ive lost from 205 down to 196.6 as of today, 9 lb loss, yeah me!! I have been reading everyones posts, you all are so inspiring, and reading your posts are keeping me motivated to do this..

4/7: DNW- I only got four hours of sleep last night so I was dead when I woke up this morning. Forgot to take time to weigh.
done ok till i had open shifts at work. I open again in the morning to... our open shifts are getting up at 1:30 am till 10:am. and i have to be in bed by 5pm.. always to busy though the day so supper is always something fast and easy to fix.. and usually the wrong kind of food...
