I had a goal of losing 10% of my body weight, I'm 1 lb away from that. Close enough. It's nice to see my progress in pics. The first pic I was around 206. It was the day I had enough, I went to the gym, everything hurt, my ankles hurt, my knees hurt. I felt sluggish.
Today I'm just under 187. I've still got a ways to go, but I am getting there!
