Default I finally got it together

Hi Everyone! It has been a long time since Ive posted here. Last year I got to my breaking point at 294.6 lbs. I started calorie counting and giving up foods that I couldnt control myself around. I started working out 5-6 days a week. I am now currently 230 lbs and I feel amazing. 64.6 lb loss and still going.

Id love to help anyone out with questions or help. I have a facebook page for my journey. bres tough love weight loss journey.

Big congrats! Huge accomplishment. One suggestion: start thinking about maintenance (the hardest part, because it's for life) NOW. Think about the temptations you'll face and the strategies you'll use to deal with them. Think about how you'll adapt your regimen to "real life." And all that.

Nice work and great gym pic!

Exercise has been really important for me to lose and maintain.

But I do it mostly because it makes me feel nice. Which is nice.

Awesome! I am new here and could definitely use the support. I can’t think of any questions right now but when I think of some, I will let you know. I think I am doing good now with losing one and ¾ of an inch so far. I will start working out again when we get moved to our new house within the next week, hopefully!
