Anyone out there use an UP Band by Jawbone
and want to team up to support each other?
I love my UP band and in the past it helped me become a lot more active. This time last year I was really doing great, losing weight, and feeling really active and strong. I lost 80 lbs which meant I weighed 240 lbs. Well, as can happen, I lost forward momentum when life got messy, and I regained 30 lbs and slowed way way down on my exercise. I've been working back toward 10,000 steps a day, but it is not easy and I was wondering if there's anyone out there who is working on this as well and would like to team up. If so, I'd love to hear from you!
