So like, I'm a dude. lol

I want to expand my horizons by joining, for once in my life, a forum that's not about weightlifting, martial arts, or video games. So I decided... a health forum!

Then google gave me links to places like, Cancer forum, Diabetic forum, and Mental-Disorders forum...

So anyway, I found this after looking up Weight Loss Forum.



About me... I'm a dude. I used to be a competitive lifter as a teenager, then life got in the way and now I'm back to being a newbie with all things fitness. I recently got a gym membership and I will start my first workout tomorrow!

When I got here, the rules said, "No Self Promotions". Then I was like, "Oh, but I'm an arrogant mofo. I can't be myself!?!?!?!" Then I decided, "Maybe I should learn some humility."

So here I am. lol.
