Hello from New Hampshire, everyone!! There's about a foot of snow outside my window right now, and I'm getting pretty sick of it.
I decided today is the day I am going to commit to losing the 25 lbs or so that have crept up slowly over the past few years - starting to work at home, a stressful move, and just plain overeating during the winter (I love me some holiday stuffing!)
I've been at my goal weight before, as recently as last April, through a combo of crash dieting and exercise anorexia. (That worked out real well...) I really want to do it right this time and make lasting changes to my lifestyle so I can keep the weight off. 145 isn't horrendous, but it's creeping into the overweight category for my 5'3 height and small build. And when I've been reaching for only the comfy sweatpants for the past 2 months straight, it's probably time for a change. Just so I don't have to buy all new clothes.
Please help keep me accountable, guys! Not just to lose the weight I want, but to do it in a healthy and sustainable way. Thanks in advance!!
