I am hosting a superbowl party, and I've already gotten some questions about snacks (I LOVE cooking, and before I started dieting I would always whip up lots of little appetizers... not the healthiest, but also I'm flattered that they like what I make
)
I've already decided that we'll do the usual, chips and dip, maybe a few other things, and I'll just make tomorrow a "cheat" day where I aim for maintenance calories instead of loss, and make sure to write down what I eat.
Actually, I just realized... this is the first cheat day I've had since I started dieting! That's pretty awesome.
