I currently get 35 points plus at 230ish lbs. It switched to 35 at 230lbs. I eat all my daily ones pretty often. If I'm off it's only by a point or two.

I get 27 points...at last weigh in I was 83.6kg (184 pounds).

I started out at 29 points when I was 90.4kg (199 pounds).

I try not to use any of my weeklies during the week and try not to use more than 10 in any week. But I'm thinking I might try point cycling next week.

I get 26 daily points. I usually eat about 2/3 of my weekly points although some weeks I eat all of them. I don't usually get to my Activity Points, but occasionally eat a few.

Dreamspirit - If you aren't eating all your points - sometimes that happens when someone joins WW and doesn't eat the kinds of foods they ate before and they feel they have to eat "diet" food and eat very restrictively. Another possibility is overdoing free fruit and getting full on it which can entirely stall weight loss.

While I do think eating healthy is a good time it is hard to stay on WW long term if you eat in a super restrictive way that you can't maintain.

You can pretty much eat what you want as long as you don't go over your points for the day right? And as long as your not using all your points up eating candy bars lol

I get 26 and I do the Points Plus. No stress when I go over a little and enough left on Fridays for a little splurge.

I started at 28 per day when I was 182, then dropped to 27 per day in the 170s, now I'm at 26 per day in the 160's... I guess it's a point per 10 pounds?

As for your question, I believe that is correct: you can eat anything you want as long as you stick to the plan. I have lost an average of 1 pound per week (almost 20 lbs so far!) while sticking to the plan and have not done one drop of exercise... but I sure have eaten my pizza

Just make sure you are very honest with your tracking. There were times when I'd sprinkle on a little extra cheese or something without tracking... thinking nobody would know.. but my scale knew! Now I make sure to track everything. Get a flat scales and measuring cups, that should pretty much cover anything you'll need to measure. Good luck!

Stick very strictly to the plan and it will work

31 (soon to be 30 I hope!) points with a sedentary lifestyle, then if I'm feelin' it I add activity points accordingly and then there are flex points that reset each week, but I try not to use those as anything more than a safety net.
