I have been thinking about making some changes for some time but was to chicken to admit that food is like a bad boyfriend.....love to hate it and hate myself for loving it! I need to lose 50lbs of fat ( and stress, cause being fat is stressful!) to be more happy and healthy. I have a great family and friends and I want to live long. I love clothes and fashion, so I need to lose so I can enjoy shopping
