Default Reached 100 Pound loss!

Hi everybody! Just wanted to thanks you all for helping me through some tough times and for some good information! I reached my 100 pound loss on Saturday and I am so happy! Still want to lose a few more pounds, but knowing that I have made it this far as given me the extra incentive to continue on! For those out there that are having doubts about themselves, and their ability to make it through...take it from me...If I can do it, anybody can do it! I was such an unhealthy eater. Junk food was my main meal, and I was totally addicted to diet pepsi! I put my mind to it and and haven't had anything in the junkfood line since I began! Yay! I did make a purchase that has helped me. I never really did like water, which is why I was such a Diet pepsi fan! I found that it wasn't necessarily the taste, it was the fizzy feeling that I missed. I bought a SodaStream and now I carbonate my water and add a little Lemonade Flavored Mio water enhancer.

Like that much more than the diet pepsi now really! Especially good when sitting down to my protein dinner of Steak and vege's!

Congrats, that's awesome!!!
I can relate to the carbonation thing. I was addicted to diet coke for year. I have had a few sweetened with splenda since starting IP and can't imagine how I ever drank as much as I used to. I also loved the carbonation but don't anymore.

thanks for inspiring me. And for the sodastream idea! I definitely have a diet coke problem and now I'm buying perrier. Maybe sodastream would be a better cheaper idea

I buy the occasional Perrier when out, but have been using SodaStream with a little lime at home. Just as tasty and far less expensive.
