Default Running question.....

I'm at the end of the c25k app week 7 something running 25 minutes with a 5 min warm up/ cool down. At end of run(about2 mins to completion) I started feeling odd. Nauseous and legs weak and wobbly. I stopped running and walked aor my cool down. The ate an orange. Has anyone else had this happen to them? My calories weren't huge today but thought I ate enough.
Here's what I had up to the run:
Breakfast ...coffee and 30 g oatibix flakes with semi skimmed milk
No snack time was very busy in surgery
Lunch....(8hrs after breakfast)...1.5 cups turkey chili with 25 g jack cheese and 30 g salted nacho chips and cup raw veggies
Snack... Fruyo fat free vanilla yogurt
Run at 430 p lots of water through out day

Any suggestions please. I'm not a dramatist bu I really felt unwell and thought I was going to need to lie down on running trail! Thx

Try a banana 15-30 minutes before you run.

Other than that, it could just be that you are pushing yourself physically which is good.

It will get easier.

I found that when my diet was significantly lacking that starting to run became very difficult i.e. I just couldn't do it. You are probably mostly OK on that front since you are experiencing problems at the end of the run.
