Well I am back again after being gone a year. Worst part is I gained almost all of the weight I lost back

When I left here I was trying to make it to 250 and I did briefly but then I started to plateau and could lose anymore. So after about a month I gave up. Throw in feeling defeated with a life changer and a dash of binge eating for depression and I am where I am now 300+lbs again.
Good news I am not as depressed and I decided that with a recent life change (my son starting kinder) that I could do wonderful things.
I walk my son to school every morning and its about 2 miles round trip
big step for this couch potato. Did it 4 days out of 5 last week (had to meet with the teacher one day so I drove). This week I hope to make it 3 for 3 (holiday and kiddo home sick with strep today).
I was able to log 9 miles walking last week and this week I hope to make at least 8 if not 9 again. I have been logging with MFP for 9 days and using MapMyWalk app to see how far I am going.
Sorry so long but I really hope that I wont fall into the same trap as last time.
