Well, I had another wake up call this past weekend. I ended up in the hospital for 3 days.... Back in 2008 I was diagnosed with pancreatitis and gallstones, and a bowl obstruction, ended up having 7 surgeries in 2 years. I was at one of my lowest weights at 115lbs, ended up gaining everything back. At this point I'm back up to 170 and hoping to get back down to 125-130ish. Is it seriously that hard to lose weight or am I just doing it wrong?! There is a lot of foods that I am still not able to eat. Any thoughts and suggestions are more than welcome. Can't wait to hear from everyone!!!
Hello I am new to this board as well and starting out my journey...
I have lost weight in the past and found that once I actually stick with it, losing the weight isn't difficult. My problem is actually sticking with it.. I have found in the past on this board there are A LOT of people that are there to help, for support.
You can do it! Make it a lifestyle change Eat healthy low calorie foods and treat yourself if you want it once a week. Thats my advice. There is more than one way to do it though! You have to find what works best for you.
