Hi everyone:
I am new to this site but not to dieting. I have struggled with weight my whole life. I have been as high as 246 but I am presently at 220. I want to get down to 160. I am 5'4" tall or short, however you want to look at it. Lol!
Because I am am a bigger boned stature, I look quite good at 160. I know at my age of 62 that I can't consider going much lower.
I went through a health scare last year with breast cancer but came out on the other side with a very positive attitude and one where I am very determined to stay healthy! Part of that journey is to get the excess weight off, the easier part and keep it off, the harder part!
I could use some help and encouragement along the way. I have been following basically the WW diet program now since mid April of this year. I would love to come back here this time next year and say I did it!
Are there any women out there around my age group who might want to share their weight loss journey with me?
