Might be a stupid question lol. Is it better to lose pounds or inches? When i dont workout im losing on a daily basis. When I workout i dont lose as often. I dont want to have loose skin so I know working out helps that.
Look at it this way: If you lost 60 pounds and still wore the exact same size clothes as you did 60 pounds heavier, would you be happy? Or if you lost 3 dress sizes but still weighed the same, would you be happy?
Me personally, If I'm going to be losing pounds (and when I say pounds, I mean fat pounds), I expect to be losing inches too.

Inches definately count more than scale weight. Muscle is denser and takes up less space than fat. You may gain muscle weight while losing fat weight. This can result in loss of inches but gaining of pounds.
I like to see the weight come off, to me it means more than the number of inches lost. But they're really connected. I love looking at my old pants or belt and I can see the difference in inches lost but to me it is the pounds I count. I love fitting in airplane and movie seats and behind the wheel of my truck! I'm also not confident in the measurements being consistent at my clinic, each person measures differently. It might also just be a guy thing =)
