Smile Newbie and loving it!
Good Morning! I'm new and starting day 4 of South Beach Diet. So far so good. It has been pretty easy to follow phase 1, even though I had a minor headache yesterday, all is well. I am already down 4lbs, so I am off to a great start. I am so happy to have found this forum, and I have already found some great recipes to try. Thank you all, and Happy Saturday!!

Thank you! I have tried Weight Watchers several times over the years and I just can't do it. The program feels too restrictive and I am hungry all the time. I love South Beach because I don't have to measure or weigh the food and I am not hungry. I am turning 39 this summer and I need to get my weight under control before my 40th birthday!
