Default Let's support each other, 'cause it ain't easy
Hi,
I just joined, looking for support as I again start this journey to lose pounds and inches. It's looking like it will be a lifelong journey, not a quick fix. My weight, cholesterol and blood pressure continue to climb as menopause sets in to stay. I'm getting worried I won't be around for my childrens' weddings. It's get real time and I honestly don't know if I can make it.

I can't be the only one in this situation; I'm looking friends I can encourage too!

Hi, MGWI140 (I abbreviated your username, hope you don't mind! )

Welcome to 3FC! You're definitely not the only one! Look in the 100lb club, chicks up for a challenge, WLS (weight loss support), and a couple of other support forums on here and see where you'd like to jump in. Same goes for your WOE (way of eating) like WW, Atkins, SBD, or just general calorie-counting or even carb counting. There are so many on here although some threads are very active and some are not.

Hey, I just noticed we start(ed) out with the same weight and are ending with the same weight! You can do this!
