My first post as well.
I take my sugar doses via those dreadful energy drinks. I "needed" them for work to get my through my night shifts but after reading about sugar and the dreadful diseases it causes I just put thoughts into my head of it being a dreadful poison that will give me diabetes
All the stories about saturated fat being bad, which it appears to be the sugar that is the main culprit it was relatively easy shifting the bad thoughts from saturates to sugar.
No more sugar laden energy drinks.
