WATER all day and no WINE!

Geepers, Ruthie... you're back on track!

I'm disgusted with myself. I've gained 3 1/2 pounds over night. I KNOW we shouldn't weigh everyday, but this is a wake-up call for me, and I'm going to do well this weekend!

So far:

- coffee w/skim milk

Here's what I ate today:
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs
Lunch:
baked pork chop, okra, green salad with tomato, FF cheese and green peppers,
Dinner:
2 chicken hot dogs, green salad, ricotta dessert

I hope I'm not eating too much of that ricotta stuff!!! It sure does keep me from craving other sweets.

I think you're right, Ruth. A weekly food journal would be better. We'll start tomorrow?
