I had my blood taken a couple of months ago. Generally very good, much better than the previous time. But I did have very low HDL, the good cholesterol and still borderline high glucose.
Some people here on 3FC suggested magnesium. I hadn't ever heard much about it. People should definitely do some searching about it. Seems it can be critical in a lot of insulin related processes and is one of the most vitally important minerals there are. And many people are deficient in it.
It also doesn't cost much, even the most highly rated brands on Amazon.
