I am headed out of town this week, so I was researching for the healthiest airport fare. I came across this article and if you travel a lot or are headed to a big city, this article could come in handy(they make suggestions on where to eat and what to get at certain airports)

That's interesting, thanks! I don't have a lot of experience in airports, but I recall finding nothing but fattening pastry shops or fast food restaurants. There aren't many healthy options out there.

Of course if you peruse the article they are assuming that "healthy" equals lots of veggies and no fats - low protein and high amounts of processed carbs be dam---d! Very '80s. I'll take a big salad with grilled chicken, thanks.

well i guess if you read the article MORE CAREFULLY, you would realize that they recommend a VEGETARIAN diet! so of course no chicken would be on there......but i'm with ya anyways cuz i hardly eat bread at all haha. i'm high protein all the way (diet adapted from body for life)
