Hello all! For a while, I had stopped my diet because we moved and I was just so stressed.... so, here I am again... starting over... I made it to 158, but gained some back... I am now 164.... It's not easy starting over because I have all of those cravings again.. I will be exercising and eating mostly frozen diet meals because I have to cook my boys regular food.. so I have found that my diet meals are the easiest for me.... I hope that I can do this again!
