I'm not sure the safest way to lose the weight. Counting calories and not eating empty ones like sugars and fats is the best.
I'm having trouble finding a diet for myself that doesn't affect the baby's belly. Dairy, beans, and lettuce should be removed from my diet to help the baby's gas problems. Now the issue is finding filling things that are healthy...cause the pediatrican even said to watch out for nuts and allergies with them
