Not that really matters which one im on, but i am on liquid because of a shell fish sensitivity.

When am I supposed to take my calcium? The sheet says with snack and if I move my snack to keep the calcium at the same time. But when is this? This is what my day usually looks like.

B 6 am - 7 am shake with coffee multi/potassium
S 10 am. 1 cup veggies
L 12 4 oz protien and salad with 1 cup veggies
S 2 pm. Restricted pack
Sup 6-8 4oz protien 2 cups veggie and second snack. order and time varriy multi and both calcium

I think the calcium are to close together any thoughts. Can I take my calcium in the morning?

You can take it with or without meals. I find with meals easier to rembember. Your body can only absorb 500mg per dose so you can't make up for a missed dose by doubling one! Hope that helps! Also, are you taking Vit D and Magnesium because all are necessary for calcium absorption!

I believe it is cal mag it's what ever ip sells. And thanks for your reply ill take it the morning with my arsenal of other supplements. I have no trouble getting those in just part of the daily routine.
