Weight Loss Support - How much do you want to lose by June 1st?

I lost 10 pounds in April. I am hoping for the same between May 1st and June 1st. So how much do YOU want to lose by then?

I would love to lose 7 lbs because that would put me at 159 from 166. But April was not a great month for me. I lost 0lbs so that would be shooting for the moon in my case, lol.

I would really really really like to lose 9 lbs to get me to 199. The past 6 months have been up and down for me and I am disappointed at being back over 200 (208.4 this morning).

I would like to lose 16 pounds. (so, I would weigh 233).

I know it is sorta high, but this is going to be my first real month on plan, and I know, from past weight loss, it usually comes off faster in the beginning.

This morning I was 212.6 if I could lose 6-7 pounds I would be thrilled. A little more than a pound a week. So month end I'd like to weigh in around 205.

I lost 6lb in April, but only 2 in March.

What I would like to lose (60lb :lol: ), and what I think is realistic (6lb), are two totally different things, haha. I've only been at this for 3 months, so I'm going to guess that I might lose 4 in May.

The great thing is, with the warm weather I'll be a bit more active :).

I would love to lose 10.7 lbs to reach 185 by June 1st (boyfriend's birthday)..but seeing that I have not lost a single pound even after staying on plan 80% of times in April, I feel I will need nothing short of a miracle to succeed. Still not losing hope though :-)

I would like to be 130 by the end of May. I'm not to sure how realistic that would be considering it's taken me since January to lose 16 pounds. I will set my goal at 135 and go from there.

I owuld like to see 175 by june 1st. That's 10 lbs form todays weight. I didnt lose any weight in April. I started out close to where I am right now. Then gained back weight and just recently started losing it again. I know its a bit lofty, but I have started an intense exercise program and I have high expectations :)

I have given up on planning how much I will, or want, to lose. I am learning to be patient and let the body do what it gotta do. I'm trying to look at it from the long time perspective. It doesn't matter whether I lose 3 or 6 pounds in May (I lost 6 in April). What matters is whether or not I'll be able to carry on with my new life style that WILL ultimately result in thinnier, healthier me. So my plan for May is to eat on plan (Soutch Beach Diet with few personal modifications), excercise 6 days a week, and be patient, see what happens. As long as I stick to my plan and don't get sidetracked, I'm moving closer to my goal, and that's what matters....

I'm aiming for 10 lbs by June. Going to work my butt off. My birthday is the end of June and I'm hoping by then ill be down 20 lbs.

I have just started, so I'm sure if I do everything properly I could lose 25lbs!! But I will just have to see. That is my mini goal right now! Do you guys think that's reasonable?

Im not sure how much I want to lose, I have about 6 pounds left before my goal weight. I might want to make it a total of 10 or 11 lbs.

My goal weight is 120 lbs, but I think I am going to change that to 115 lbs. But, I am still going to celebrate when I hit 120 lbs. Infact, I think I will adjust the goal part of s/c/g to reflect 115 lbs.

If I see anything consistently in the 140s I think I might throw a party. So just a few pounds for me, but those pounds are slooooow moving.

I'm losing about 8 pounds per month, so I'm hoping to be at 184 on June 1st. 184...OMG!....that's just craziness. :dizzy:

I would love to lose 10-12lbs!! although even a 10lb loss would be a stretch, but that would put me at 164!!! lowest weight ever recorded on a driver's license and that was when I was 17!

13! It would be really awesome if I could lose 13! That'll put me at 157lbs (If I have met my goal for tomorrow other wise 158)! :D

I am losing about 3 pounds a week and there are 3 extra days in May! So 4 weeks + 3 days = 13 pounds! That's my goal! It may or may not happen. But hey as I keep telling everyone on facebook-it's worth a shot! :D

I would love to be 150 by june 1, it would have been great to have a normal bmi by my birthday on june 3. but 17 pounds in one month just isnt do-able, however 7 pounds in a month is ! so i am settling for just getting out of the 160's. 150's here i come !

I lost 4lbs through April, so I'm hoping to at least match that in May. If I'm stricter with my food & workout consistently, I know I can beat it :)

Omg I just realized something! ... If I do lose the 13... then around May 18th I will have reached my first weight related mini goal according to the app on my phone (1/3 of the weight I have to lose) which is 161!!!! :D Just in time for my BFF's birthday!!! I can go over there their with pride in myself! (Not arrogant pride-her and her mom are both losing weight too so they totally support me in this)!

I really want to get under 180 (been teetering at 182+ for a few weeks now)...but between 8-10 lbs and I'll be happy.

I would like to lose 8 lbs, that is my pre-pregnancy weight from years ago. My main goal is to be 142 by mid-June, in time for my bff's wedding and then my son's first birthday a few days later.
However, for June 1st, I think that 6 lbs is a more realistic goal. I lost 6 lbs in April.
