Hello, I'm trying to create a fitness plan for myself using Wii Fit Plus. My weight is a problem as I always feel gross.. if you have lost weight using that game please tell me what you did..
I have never gone to a gym and don't exactly know what to work on to lose the most weight but I'm hopeful that you lovelies will help.
Please don't suggest a different game, I have no money.
Remember, you can't out exercise bad eating habits. It's important that you develop a healthy eating plan first or you won't see the results you want from your exercise routine. If you are very out of shape, anything that gets you moving is a good start.
Yes it is about what you are putting in your mouth... I think the most easiest thing is going for a walk/jog ... outdoors always gives me some type of inspiration.
