How was everyone's yesterday? I'm pleased to say that I accomplished my goal and ate only what was journaled for the day. Whoohoo!! In addition to that, I walked 3 miles at the Y yesterday, drank all my waters, and had all my fruits/vegetables. I was even more successful than I thought I could be!!
Today's goals:
1) Eat only what's been journaled for the day and if I eat something else, make sure it will keep my in my daily pts range.
2) Drink my waters.
3) Go to the Y during lunch and do another three miles.
