Hey there everyone,

I've been off and on the SB wagon more often than not, lost and regained 30+ kilos and am now tipping the scales at 109. (240 pounds)

unemployment, moving to a new city, difficulties trying to get pregnant and my constant battle with anxiety, depression, chronic pain disorder and BPD sent me back to unhealthy ways of eating.

I know SBD works and this site is invaluable in terms of support and staying accountable and motivated. I am looking forward to feeling more healthy while shedding the weight literally holding me back and bogging me down.

Here's me back again day one of phase one!

I made it from an image I found online. I didn't realize until this thread that someone else was using it too. Feel free to copy it if you want. I try to have something unique because it makes it easier for me to find my own posts
