I recently joined up on my fitness pal and wanted to know if anyone already is or would be willing to join with me? I don't do well with tracking calories but maybe this site will help make things a little easier and since they have an app for my phone...it might not become such a task. Anyone...anyone at all?? I am with u not good at using it. It's kinda a pain to me. But maybe I would end my plateau if I start regularly using it. I am 122ish in case although I need help myself lol

It seems like a good thing to get in the habit of I guess...I mean a LOT of people swear by recording calories. Never really gave it a shot but the MFP looks promising...no? Yes? I don't know...

I like MFP. It's quite easy to use, especially when you get some favorites saved. I can enter food either on my computer or iphone app quickly and I don't have to think about it (much )

I swear by MFP, has changed my life and habits. I cannot say enough good about it as long as you do it correctly and LOG everything, you will see results!
