I have seen a lot of good recipes on the site but I am confused by the measurements. How much is a cup? in grams.

I'm glad you brought that up! We used to have a metric conversion calculator on the site, but since reorganizing things, it became misplaced. I'll work on getting it up very shortly, and will link it on the recipe intro page.
